So you want to learn to build muscle. Let’s say you wanted to learn calculus, I would first need to teach you how to add, then subtract and divide all the way through till you are able to understand calculus. Training you how to build muscle is basically the same process. What you see me teach you in level 1 is not the same in level 2 or level 3, but the goal is to get you to level 3 because that is when you are ready to build the size you want. You can’t stop at subtraction and believe your going to be able to do the rest on your own, you will spend 10 years in the gym and never get it. Don't waste your money. Reach level 3 with me in months and get that muscle mass in about a year or sooner depending on your ambition.
The Method I use.
For weight training I use the 3 Tier method and in level 1 I will demonstrate and teach you exercises that will raise your energy and endurance levels. Level 2 I can then grow your strength by having you do many of the common exercises, and this is where you will start to see muscle growth. Level 3 Is really where all the muscle growth happens. Once you reach this level you will see great changes in your build. This is where I will have you complete exercises in an needed order to give you strength to do the other exercises that are needed to fill out each muscle in each muscle group. My extensive knowledge in this area is what sets me apart from other personal trainers.

I provide leniency on your paid session, when a time or date change takes place in your busy schedule. If a change to your session can be changed to another time or day, and it does not interfere with other clients, then you will not lose your paid session. Working out works in levels or tiers so if I when I was young and starting out had tried a trainer for a month and then bailed on them to do it on my own, even a year later my body would still be the same as when I left the trainer.
